This Movember, James is supporting mental health charities in an effort to save someone just like him, from the battle against depression. 

For every £5 donated, you will gain a ticket entry into winning this original piece of abstract art. With 100% of the proceeds going to local mental health charities. 

FIGHT, is a 120x100cm canvas made with acrylic and spray paint. It tries to show the dark clouds of thought that can take over our brains through the toughest of times. But in the centre is a glow, to remind us that there is always a light worth fighting for. 

James hopes that it will serve as a reminder to talk to each other, stop masking, and to keep fighting to overcome the dark periods. 

All entries will be recorded and counted at the end of the month, with the winner being announced on Instagram Tuesday 1st December. The winner will be invited to collect the work from James' studio in Cardiff from 2nd December onwards.
